frigidaire ice dispensor runs nonstop

I will start by saying I have replaced both boards and data ribbon in the dispensor. It didnt do this at first. I reopened the dispensor to put on a new ice flap/door. I removed the ribbon so I could get more room to work. I put it back together and now the ice dispensor runs nonstop. I replaced the data ribbon again thinking maybe I messed it up. It didn’t stop it. I am grateful for any help here. Thanks
