Refrigerator and Freezer are warm.
I replaced the temperature control (wci5304404821) about one year ago. Could there be other problems or do I need to replace this again.

I cannot say you need to do some troubleshooting.
If the unit/compressor is cycling properly then it probably is the thermostat.
If it is running constantly except when in defrost then it may be a defrost problem or a sealed system problem.
Best way to check is remove the cover in the freezer and inspect the coils for ice/frost.
Heavily iced/frosted over is a defrost problem.
No frost or frost only in one area is a sealed system problem.
