I have a Frigidaire Refrigerator FRS23HF5AW5. I took the triple solennoid valve off, cleaned and flushes it out with water and air. The unit is getting a strong water [power](http://www.fixya.com/support/t5139218-water_runs_from_water_dispenser#"]supply[/URL] from the line underneath the sink. The ice maker is not making ice any longer, I have a strong water supply from the water dispenser in the freezer door when it is pressed. However, periodically, the water will start coming from the water dispenser, even when it is not pressed. I am intending on purchasing a 241734301-Solenoid. Does this sound like a soleniod problem. My ice maker had been producing ice and my water flow from the dispenser had been very slow, prior to an [URL="http://www.fixya.com/support/t5139218-water_runs_from_water_dispenser#) outage we had a week ago.
Any help is appreciated!
Walter
Walter,
Swap the wires between the ice maker and dispenser solenoids. Press the water dispenser lever for a few seconds and check if the ice maker got the water.
If it did, then the problem is the ice maker itself.
If it did not, replace the water inlet valve.
