The ice dispensing chute door won’t close properly which lets warm air in. How do I get at the parts for the dispenser so I can trouble shoot? The refrigerator is side by side. I assume I need to remove drip tray to get the ice dispensing pnel off. How does one remove the panel?Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply but I have tried every method I know to pull the drip tray straight out and it just won’t come out. It moves a fraction of an inch but that is it. I even used a plastic spatula under the bottom edge but nothing. Ve:confused: ry frustrated.
