front buttons not responding

my front buttons on the ice maker dont work it produces ice and water and despenses cubed is lit up green and when you dispense ice and water the filter light comes on red but i am unable to switch it to crushed ice reset the filter light or turn on the light or put fridge in extra ice mode none of the buttons seem to work plz help i took it apart and hit the buttons on the board thinking maybe the plstic broke but still a no go
