Will not fill with cold water on wash cycle, only hot water. Will rinse in either cold or warm water. Replaced water temp. switch.
Since it will rinse in cold water, the valve is working correctly, and since you replace the temp switch, that would seem ok. I would try replacing the timer.
Before you do so check the wiring from the temp selectoin switch, and clean and reseat all the connections at the timer.
