My front loader will not go into it’s final spin. when it gets to that point the no spin lights up and it gives me an error code of 45. Called Frigidaire repairman . He said it was the control board and if that didn’t fix it try the speed control board. both parts expensive. I found out if you let it sit a couple of days it would work fine for a couple of months before it would decide to stop spinning again. Now it won’t turn on at all. no lights. no nothing. help:mad:

According to the Tech sheet, the suggested repair for the "E45" error code is to replace the control board.

Does this also control the power in? There is no indication of of any kind on the cpntrol pannel @ this time.
Check if there is 120 VAC between the Black & White wires (plug J14 at the control board). If the reading is correct, replace the control board.
