My kenmore front load washer won’t spin I have replaced the speed control board the motor and the door switch. I removed the belt and ran the washer. The motor will only start if you give it a little "help" then it spins. the drum seems to spin fine by hand with the belt removed so I reinstalled the belt and it will try to spin if you help it but it just rocks back and forth and never gets spinning.
Not likely but it is possible. If you have already changed all of those I would check the pump for an obstruction.
