Front Panel Removal...need help!

So my dryer runs but doesn’t heat, I’ve found a multitude of resources online about testing thermostats, ignitor, etc. My main problem is that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the front panel of this dryer off. I’ve found instructions on a website I found through a search here that has detailed instructions for the new and old model GE machines. They state that you must remove the screws inside the dryer door that secure the top and lift the top to remove the screws holding the front panel secure.

The problem I’m having is there are no screws inside the dryer door aside from those that secure the door itself. I’ve tipped back the dryer and there are no screws beneath it or on the front, sides, etc. The closest thing I’ve seen to a fastener is two metal clasp type parts on the bottom of the front panel on each side. I’m really at a loss here for where to begin and it seems I’ve run into a wall here for something that should be incredibly simple. (It probably is and I’m overlooking the most obvious explanation) Anyway thanks in advance for any help provided
