Hello, I have a whirlpool gas stove and it is only 2 years old. One day while I was cooking and surface of stove was a bit hot, I tried to ignite another burner. I heard a slight sound and burner did not turned on since igniter didn’t work. And after a few seconds I heard a noticeable explosion beneath that burner (the left rear one). And all igniters just stopped working. Now whenever I tried to turn on any burner I do not hear any clicking sound of igniters. While I can use the burners with other igniting source.
I watched one of your pro’s video on YouTube and ordered part # w10111806 from your store and replaced it. But the problem is not solved. Now I need your help to guide me what part should be replaced and how?
