GE dishwasher - no power - no lights

GE dishwasher 14 months old - Model GDF520PSJ2SS - loaded dishwasher - closed door - no lights on control panel - checked circuit breaker and outlet - power is on - checked for power under dishwasher at electrical connectors - power is available - re-seated all electrical connectors - replaced door latch - verify it closes properly - no lights - searched for a fuse or fuseable link on both control boards - this model does not appear to have one - odd - have some experience using a multimeter - looking for advice on how/what to check? - what do I purchase main control board? - control panel? - etc.

Just checking in - any thoughts guys? - can I troubleshot the boards? - which one is most likely failing? - or is there an issue with power to either board or other component? - I don’t want to start throwing parts at it - some are rather costly. Appreciate advice !
