My dishwasher won’t start. The control panel is lit up fine, but the start button won’t work.

I realize mine is a newer model, but using the procedures in the manual, I was able to determine the door switch works - it knows when it is open and knows when it is closed. When checking for diagnostic error codes, it illuminates only the lock controls led
Can anyone help point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this?
