My GE dishwasher runs, but won’t pump the water out.
I have cleaned and cleaned! I’ve disassembled the float and cleaned it. also the basket above the drain, and the funny shaped filter. I also removed the screen filter along the bottom back wall. I tried removing the soapy fat junk in all these places.
My husband and I removed the hose previously and cleaned it as well as possible. Water did flow through the hose.
We installed a new pump.
I saw in another post that it may be the solenoid. Is that the next thing to check? What amporage would be considered that it is bad?
