I have a GE gas dryer, DBVH512gf1WW.
The "clean lint filter" message come on often. But now the dryer does not want to start. The control panel lights up and works fine, the "clean lint filter" message is there, but it just clicks when you press the start button and does not turn on. You can get it to turn on by playing with all the buttons and dials or sometimes just walk away and come back after a while and it starts up and works fine. Is this the Outlet Thermister that is going bad?
Thank you for any help you can give. I hate to just start replacing parts not knowing if it is the right part to replace.
