GE Evap Fan Motor, 6 wires?

I have a GE side by side and the evap fan sort of howls after a little while of running, but not every time. I pulled the covers and the evap motor has six wires, the normal four plus two white wires. I read a thread where one would have five, the fan and thermistor. Not sure what part number is correct now. Any ideas? Thanks…
