GE Freezer not freezing

The freezer has stopped freezing. It’s cold, but even on the highest setting, things are thawing out. There was a slight accumulation of frost on the back wall. I completely cleaned it out and removed the frost and vacuumed the very dirty stuff in the back hoping that was the issue, but after running all night, it is still not freezing, although the frost is back. Any help would be appreciated!
