Hello! I am here because I have no idea where to go from here.
Started about 2 weeks ago, the fridge section was holding temperatures 42-47F. The freezer was cold at 0.
First, I emptied the fridge and removed the back panels of both sections looking for ice but there was none. Visibly inspected everything I could, including control boards, everything looks OK.
So I let the fridge stay unplugged and open for 48 hours.
Plugged it in but kept both ice makers off for 24 hours. The fridge settled to 37 and the freezer at 0.
I then turned on the ice makers and it started making ice in both top and bottom. So I semi-filled the fridge. Wait for 4 hours and it stayed steady 37F.
Then I semi-filled the freezer. Within an hour the fridge had reverted to 40F and started to climb.
Any suggestions? I’m stumped
