Hello Folks, I got this washer about five years ago, worked with no problems. Wife started to complain on how it doesn’t wash a full cycle or it stops a cycle mid way as if you had pause it? If it states you have three minutes to complete the wash, ten minutes later it’s still washing and upon completion the clothes are soak and wet. So then she tries the rinse and drain cycle, about has to do so 
twice until satisfy with wash.
Called the repair number and the tech advise of a new control board, we had gotten two so far, and with the same problem?
I think I have to reset it somehow? Could someone tell me how to reset the washer for the new control board.
