GE Gas Oven Electronic Control Panel

I researched GE error code to a bad Electronic Control panel. Bought new "replacement" from local repair shop. "Genuine GE Part" Easy replacement, except for the temp sensor connector. my old one had two leads, the new board has five pins. GE swears they dont provide installation instructions. However, my parts house found another box, same part that had instructions that covered most previous models, except mine. The part comes with a new connector and 5 pig tails with wire nuts. It is the old bomb disposal question, which wire to cut. GE refuses to tell me, they just say I have to get one of their repairman to do it. The technical data sheet in my range is great for the broken controller, I just need the one for the new controler. New controller part number is WB27T10327.
