After running a self-cleaning cycle, the door will not unlock. It is the type that has the handle in the front that must be moved to lock it. I have researched it and it apears to be called a "heat sensitive" style lock. I have tried starting the clean cycle and canceling it, I have tried unplugging it to let it reset, and I have tried running it through another full cleaning cycle and nothing works. I am trying to get the door open or the top off so I can replace the latch. I can’t get the top off without opening the door and I have tried everything to get the door open. Please help me get the door open before I have to pay $200+ for a service call.
