Greetings, I’m having an issue with the water/ice dispenser. It seems to be associated with the door alarm. If I switch the water dispenser to ice, it will not switch back and none of the other controls work. It will let me switch to cube ice but wont let me switch back. After time it seems to reset itself and I can switch back to water. The door alarm light is on solid white most of the time.
I’m guessing it may be one of two control boards.
The display board (WR55X11144) Or the main control board (WR55X26529).
How difficult is it to access these boards? Could it be a connection between the two boards?
I would appreciate any thoughts you may have on this.
