Our dishwasher won’t drain completely. I know that there is supposed to be some water in the bottom but there is alot of dirty water left. The dishes are never clean. We have changed the drain pump twice now and it will work fine for a few weeks then only pumps out once in awhile. I have looked in the book and found out you can make it pump on its own. But that only works every so often also. These pumps we put in aren’t actual pumps from GE but are an off brand that works for GE. The first pump was put in Nov. 2008 and we had to order another in Jan. 2009. The closest appliance repair man is over 100 miles away and we would have to pay dearly for him to come out here. So we want to try everything else in our power first. I am very handy doing these things and can probably fix it myself I just need help troubleshooting the darn thing. Any help would be appreciated.
