Refrigerator is working fine.
Freezer is not freezing.
Ice maker is not making ice.
Freezer box temp. is 16 degrees and rising.
The water filter needs to be changed. Could this matter?
In the past had trouble with the water dispenser, but worked with the wiring underneath and that fixed that problem.
Any ideas?
