Ge Profile Is Not Cooling Refrig Or Freezer

Recently found ice in freezer melting and noticed temperatures were significantly higher and we could not re-set temperatures on either side, frig or freezer. When use the automatic settings they are kicking off. Our refrigerator is showing 27 degrees on freezer side and almost 58 degrees on refrig side. No fan is running…help, can we fix quickly? Our food will spoil…have done some research regarding evaporator fan and/or cooling system, defrost…Help!

Everything in this fridg is controlled by the motherboard in back AP3957581, most probable failure. You can check in the back of it for bad solder joints at the power relay.

It’s a special one with wiring info, I think about $145, but check solder joints first.
