My ge profile microwave model #pvm1970sr1ss seems to be running when the door is closed. It is not heating but the light is on and the fan runs to make it sound like it is heating but is not. Only way to stop it is to open the door. There are no buttons that can be pushed to shut it off. The turntable doesn’t turn and there is no way to put time on the timer to actually start it to heat anything up. Any ideas?
