We have a GE profile microwave model# JE2160SF03 it does not heat the food/liquids placed in it. The turn table goes around and it sounds as if the source is operational and when the power setting is placed on 2 for example I can hear the unit cycle (operational -non-operational etc). Can something be reset this happened once before ~ 1 week ago but it corrected itself after I manipulated the key pad???
