GE Profile not making ice or dispensing water. Water is puddleing on the floor. I replaced the main control board and the electronic service kit. I am thinking water is frozen somewhere becase i can hear the water surge at times. should I turn off the fridge and let the ice melt? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
