I have a GE over the range microwave Model # PVM1870SM3SS that is 2 years old.
The display is dark, no interior light or any signs of life.
I’ve checked the main fuse and HV trans fuse both are good. I have 120v in and out of both sides.
I have 120v in and out of (I believe the bottom TCO or at least the one behind the control panel)
Hood tco is open (I searched the part number and it returned results that that one is normally open) I also tried eliminating this tco and jumped the wires and it did not change anything.
I have 120v going the the smart board.
I followed the troubleshooting guide that was tucked behind the control panel and it said to replace the PCB (smart board).
So I purchased a new smart board and its still dead. No indication of life at all.
I checked for voltage again at the spots above. Also checked the 3 door switches and all check good.
