GE quiet power 1 spray arm lower assemble replacement

Hi, I have a GE Quiet Power 1 dishwasher model number GLD4200M15cc. Some how trash has built up in the lower spray arm assemble. It is not mineral deposits as others have suggested. I need to remove the lower arm to try to clear out all the trash. It sit next to the kitchen garbage can and I guess over the years small parts and pieces of junk has fallen into the dishwasher and now it is clogging the arm. We have removed and cleared out the other two arms but can not figure out how to remove the bottom arm.
