I have the same problem as a number ofpeople it seems - refrigerator has ice in the door, but no water. Is it possible that by turning the freezer completely off for a few days it might resolve? Is there some permanent fix to this?
Can you provide the model# and serial# also please be more specific as to what your problem is
First thing you want to do is determine if the line is frozen in the door. Take off the toe kick, and locate the waterline that comes from the door…Disconnect the waterline close freezer door and call for water at the dispenser, if water comes out the line you just disconnected, the line is frozen in the door, if water does not come out of the line you disconnected, the problem is elsewhere…Post results
[INDENT]Washer was delivered. Delivery person went to test drain cycle. There was a clicking noise like a selanoid switch going in and out. Delivery person said it may be due to cold as the temp was 5 degrees. Tried washer 15 minutes later, worked perfect. Done approx. 15 loads, no clicking noise. Washer seems to work. Called Sears. They said they would replace it with a new washer. Could it have been the extreme cold and would you suggest getting another one or just keeping it since it is working perfect?
