GE refrigerator Door Seal Problem

My GE refrigerator (Model TFX24SMA) fresh food section door gasket does not seal at the bottom on the opening side of the door. Like to know-

*] If this is due to lower hinge problem. The part no. for the Lower Hinge Kit is AP2063068 (AppliancePartsPros) and if this is needed.
*] Also if the above Hinge Kit contains Cam Riser part no. AP2058495 (AppliancePartsPro) so that I do not need to order the Cam Riser seperately.
*] Is this the Hinge assembly that actually give a little pressure/force when we close the door in order for the gasket to seal against the surface?[/LIST]Pleas advise.
