PLEASE HELP…my refrigerator is not cooling the fridge or freezer. Power is on and I have read the forums to try to understand the problem and I think it is either the compressor or the start switch but I am not sure where to exactely locate these parts on the back of the fridge. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
