Hi, my GE side by side is not cooling the fridge or freezer. First sign of a problem was last month when food in certain areas of fridge were frozen and now it wont cool anywhere. The LED on the fridge temperature setting read "fc" (i think). The fan is running. Where do i start to troubleshoot? thanks!
