Freezer is not cold, refrigerator side still moderatly cold. The front of the cabinet, where the two doors meet…VERY hot.
Make sure the condenser fan is running. It’s near the compressor underneath the unit accessed from the back.
If that’s not it see if the evaporator coil in the freezer behind the back cover is iced up
