GE Spacesaver resets itself after running a few seconds

Hello,

My GE over the range Spacesaver microwave is not working. When you enter the cook time it will run for 5 to 10 seconds and then totally shut down. It asks you to reset the clock and date. Then if you try to turn it on it does the sames thing. What could be wrong? This has just hit the 5 year mark. Please help… thanks!

I have the exact same problem with my JVM1660SH01, I was wondering if you have had any luck diagnosing or repairing your microwave?
