GE Stove Glass top Crack in middle of back burner

I have a GE stove, Model JBP79 W0B1WW - has smooth glass top with four burners. It is cracked right in the middle of the back left burner. Crack is about 7" long. is it safe to use, or do i need to replace it? If so, where would I get the part and the instructions to do it myself? Thank ypu
