GE (Thru-the-wall AC) Problem

I have a 2006 GE (ajes10dccm2) Thru-the-wall AC that is not working. There is heat and AC and there is heat and AC coming out slowely in any setting, but the fan is working. The GE repair man tired to charge me $350 to fix it and he told me that it is either the blower motor (fan) or the control panel. I think that it is the motor, but I wanted to know what anyone thinks before order a part from this website.
