Hello, I need some help from the pros.
I’ve got a GE washer that recently stopped spinning/agitating completely. The machine will fill and drain, but nothing else. I’ve tried resetting the electronics by powering it down for a minute, turning it back on and opening and closing the lid 6-10 times within the first 12 seconds as I have read. I took the front panel of the machine off to search for the LED that would display a trouble but found no such LED on the inverter board. I then changed out the fuse link on the white/red wire in the harness and still no LED.
There is no smell of obvious failure and the drive assembly (belt, motor, transmission) all seem to move freely without noise when manipulated by hand.
Thoughts or suggestions?
