My top loading GE washing machine,model #WBSR3140D5WW, is not going through the spin cycle and is not draining. i have clothes in the washer and the water will not drain out, even after being there for over 24 hrs. When i turn the knob for a spin and rinse cycle, it rinses then the timerkeeps going, making a buzzing noise, but nothing else happens. my husabnds thinks its the timer, i think it may be something else. Please any help is appreciated!!!
