My GE upright has ice and frost buildup at the bottom-back of the freezer where it used to blow cold air. Doesn’t feel like any air is blowing. I unplugged it to allow it to completely defrost and have the same problem. I did the dollar test and it didn’t come out easily at all, suction seems to still be pretty good. It seems to be a motor going, but I’m not sure what it is. The food has almost completely thawed and I don’t know what to do. I hope this is something that I can repair myself, as I am very handy. If not, I’m wondering if I should just buy a new one. Thanks guys.
