I have a GE washer thats 2 years old. It started doing a grinding noses really bad ONLY when its agitating. It did this right after we got it and they came in and fixed it and said cause it was out of balance. Well it started doing it again but I can’t figure out how they balanced it? Nobody want to give me any info on it unless I have them come fix it. GE doesn’t have this in there troubleshooting. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some advice:confused:
