GE Washer creating a puddle

I have a GE top loading Washing Machine, which works fine most of the times. But it just puddles the whole laundry room at times and what I noticed is that this happens during the rinse cycle and extra large loads. Even If I reduce the load the problem exists during the rinse cycle only and it is an intermittent issue. The hoses/drains etc are fine and there is no sign of leakage on the drum itself. Water actually tops out of the overflow and puddles below the washer. This started happening only recently and I have had this washer for about 6 years now with no issues. What could be going wrong here? Any help would be appreciated. GE Model number - WCXR1070T5WW

Try cleaning out the tube that goes from the water level switch to the tub. This tube tends to get clogged and cause the machine to overfill.

Thanks a bunch. I do see some dust inside it. I will give it a try and see if the problem goes away.
