I have recently replaced the shifter coil and motor inverter, so i have completely disassembled the machine twice during that ordeal. It works great but as it gets to the spin cycle it acts unbalanced and makes a god awful noise everytime it gets to the spin cycle. The deal is it is really not an unbalanced load, i can simply open and close the lid and the cycle continues without problem. I did not have any spare parts when i reassembled the machine, so i don’t know what would cause this problem.
Thank you for your help and don’t be too hard on my workmanship.
Well not only would we not criticize your work, we would express our admiration in that you made those repairs.
About the only good suggestion I can give you is to operate the machine with the front cover off and see if the problem presents itself. If not, replacing the support rods/spring assembly would be a good way to start trying to fix it.
Hey guys thanks for your help and support. I took the machine apart again and i found that the large aluminum hub nut was stripped allowing the basket to shake around in the Tub. The hub nut and a new split ring solved the problem. Thanks again guys.
Great, glad you got it fixed and thanks for the update.
I have one more quick question. Do i need to put something like a lock tight on that hub nut to keep it from loosening. Thanks again.
Awesome. That is what i needed to know your a life saver.
Thanks
Great, good luck with your machine going forward.
