My washer stopped agitating tonight. When it is on that cycle there is a slight hum coming from the machine. The agitator will spin freely by hand and seems to move very slightly back and forth-like it wants to agitate but won’t. All other cycles; spin, fill, drain seem to work perfectly. This just started tonight. Any ideas?

All other cycles; spin, fill, drain seem to work perfectly. i replace the agitater and caupling with no luck
