Washer will not completely drain and will not spin any ideas on easy fix?

I am wondering if maybe you have two problems.
The pump on this model is electric, so it either works or it does not. If all of the water is not draining you may have a partial blockage in the pump or drain hoses inside the machine. Check it out by taking off the front panel. You can do this by inserting a putty knife or screw driver in the gap between the top and front near the edges and releasing the clips that hold the front panel on.
If you have a blockage, clear it and try the machine. If it is still not working right, use this site to trouble shoot the error codes, which are displayed as a flashing light on the inverter on the motor. Before you do any repair, reset the machine by following the directions on that site. Many times this will fix things.
