Washer does not agitate but does spin

After washer stops filling, do you hear the motor running, humming or is it silent? Open the front panel to see/hear whats going on with the motor, pulleys and belt.

It makes a noise like it is trying to agitate but doesn’t. I finished doing everthing else including spinning.
