The gas top burners work, the broiler works but the oven does not. I had a friend that looked at it and he said the ignitor was fine and that it is the regulator? What is that how do I find it and how do i replace it???
When I turn the oven on there is no gas or noise at all. Can anyone help. My wife thinks I cannot fix any thing and she is right but this time I am determined to fix it! Can I without blowing up the house??? :eek:
Exact symptoms with my Amana AGS730L. Both ignitors (broiler and oven ) appear to glow the same, leading me away from the possibility that the oven ignitor is weak and therefore not working. Question? what turns on the gas flow after the ignitor comes on?
