I need help with my Kitchen Aid dishwasher, model KUDG25SHWH1. I switched cycles from NORMAL to SOAK AND SCRUB, and ran a load. Now I cannot switch back to NORMAL. The button is completely unresponsive, as is the button for RINSE mode. The START button still works, but only will run on SOAK AND SCRUB. All other buttons seem to work, and I have never had this problem before. Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
