I just purchased and installed a PTC relay from you to get my compact refrigerator going again. This is the second occurrence of the same problem in the past 4 years. Both times the PTC has failed IMMEDIATELY after I moved the unit from one office to another. When moving it, I’m sure to keep it upright, etc. Is there anything I should be doing to prevent this on my next move? PS. Thanks for being there both times on the $20 part. Works well again. $25 and 5 minutes of my time every 3 years or so…not too bad.
