Heater Flow Switch Question

Hello,
Due to some intermittent cycle problems, I have been running some tests on various components of my BOSCH SHU5315UC. Current draw at main (with control calling for heat), resistances of Heater, Hi-Limit, NTC all check out OK (per repair manual specifications). However, the resistance of the heater Flow Switch is varying between .3 & .2 ohms. Spec. says this switch should be producing "~ .4" ohms resistance. Is my Flow Switch close enough to be considered OK? Does .1 or .2 ohms variance really make a difference?
Thanks!
